New Back-Squat PR

Set a new personal best for my Back Squat today at 275.5 pounds ... Sadly, my 1RM is A LOT higher most probably; considering I could do 3 x 8 at 275.5 parallel at that weight ... Without spotters, its kind of risky to push maxes further though, but yeah, not gonna be a pussy-fuck-fagtard next week that's fer damn sure!

    Well lately I've been doing two different gym routines parallel with each other ... My primary gym routine is the Layne Norton five-day split for strength / hypertrophy training, whereas my second one is something I concocted for my friend who wants to get in shape (Basically seven compound movements for a three-day split with full body focus).





    I can't believe that some of you VR-lot are online 12+ hours per day ... Don't you guys feel BAD, being on that much? I know I should feel guilty for checking your history out, but I'm not, in fact I love pointing out how sad it is that you're wasting your lives chatting away at the VR box; whats the point, really?





    If you can't get a real friend, you get an E-Friend amirite ... Lolz, plz go ralph





    Anyhow!





    Come December, it'll have gone a full year (Roughly) since I began my re-sculptination process and I'm quite eager to see how much I've progressed then ... Its only 25% left of the year, three months is nothing! Well, its something considering this is gonna be the roughest part of my METAMORPHOSIS INTO A KODIAK BEAR!





    Five days of the week I'm forced into following this diet: 3 x Protein Shakes (Water based), 1 x Animal Pak, 5.5 grams of Jack3d, 2 tbs of peanutbutter, 2 x hard-boiled eggs, 1 x canned tuna -- The other two days are re-feeds and re-carbs (Re-carb day on Wednesdays and full re-feeds between Friday and Saturday) ... Getting fit is such hard work, though technically, I'm already fit, but cutting is a fucking bore and really gets to you





    But the end result will be glorious!
